Can't login to Demi

Well i go on my account and it won't let me login. I can login to account but when i do select character it doesn't let me in. I created a char on same account and went on and it let me. I tried character unstuck and it still isn't working.

I think this requires a server restart but I'm not sure.

When I get on ill do a Dc on your character maybe work.

Still can't get on him =\ been a day

Alright now i can't even get on Demiace.

I login to my account and select him, it takes me to login screen. So i go back to site and do char fix and unstuck. Log back in and all i see are no characters. So i go back and login again and it says id is logged in. I do login fix on site, and it just repeats.
